Intel’s rival TSMC has released a 3GHz ARM chip
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company also known as TSMC seems to have outclassed Intel from one market niche. To cut a long story short TSMC has just made the most of its 28-nanometer manufacturing process so a newly developed 3.1GHz processor seems to have no rivals among chips used in ARM-based mobile systems.
